Kiplinger’s Personal Finance has named its 10 Best Cities for the Next Decade—with a focus on locales that specialize in innovative thinking. Austin, Texas was named No.1 “Best City for the Next Decade.”  This year’s picks are profiled in the July issue of Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine.
